Yes, you can track your referrals through your account manager provided by LunarWP. They will be able to give you detailed statistics about clicks, sign-ups, and earned commissions.
To delete your affiliate account, please contact your account manager or our support team. They will guide you through the process and ensure all outstanding commissions are settled.
If you cannot refer 4 people of the quarter we just ask that you pay for your level of service at a 50% discount. This way you still receive the support but we are not out of pocket.
This is very rare that this happens and your account manager will be on hand to support you in finding new ways to refer us clients.
You need to have a medium through which you can promote LunarWP, such as a website, blog, strong social media presence or business that interacts with our target audience. (listed above)
A keen understanding of our services will help you effectively communicate the benefits to potential referrals, but we can teach you that when you complete your certifications.
Join by filling out the application form. Submit it for review, and once accepted, you’ll be part of our affiliate program. Simple as that.
Make a referral by sharing us and once they sign up with your name, it’s done. That easy. When a new user signs up for LunarWP services through you, they are recorded as your referral.
Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer. There is no minimum payout amount, so you can expect a payout for us each month.
As a LunarWP affiliate, you are not permitted to use misleading advertising, spamming, or any form of negative marketing techniques. Also, ensure all promotions are compliant with our terms and conditions to maintain a positive brand image.
We do suggest that you ensure compliance with any local laws that may apply to within your country before promoting any of our services.
Any affiliates using the method we do not permit will be removed from the affiliate program immediately and banned from joining again in the future.
Applications are typically declined if they do not meet our criteria for engagement, or if the promotional methods do not align with our brand values. You can request further details or reapply with a revised strategy.
We will notify you via email once your application has been reviewed. If accepted, you’ll receive all the necessary details to start as a LunarWP affiliate.
